baru ini ane dapat kasus Acer AO 725
punya temen ane, yang laptopnya tiba-tiba mati mendadak, klo di hidupin bentar
mati lagi, setelah ane chek saat pertama ane hidupin layarnya nampil seperti gambar di samping ini.
Setelah ane tekan >>Esc . masuk ke loading windows dan
saat home screen muncul laptop langsung mati mendadak. Ane coba hidupin lagi
belum nyampe loading langsung mati ni Laptop
Langkah selanjutnya ane coba buat masuk menggunakan boot linux
dengan bottable USB Flash Disk, baru masuk booting dengan menekan F2 laptop
juga langsung mati, indikasi ane selanjutnya pasti masalah nya di hardware.
Coba hidupkan lagi dan meraba bagian kipas processor, kipasnya hidup dan
anginnya lumayan kenceng keluar, ane curiga kok anginnya gak panas?, coba raba
lagi di bagian bawah laptop ternyata ada bagian yang lumayan panas disana,
Langkah berikutnya ane bongkar tuh laptop dengan panduan
manual yang ane dapat disini… atau yang mau lengkap disini
Setelah terbongkar ada seperti karet biru halus yang bertebaran di dalam mainboard laptop, trus ane coba buka pendingin processornya, kelihatan karet yang bertebaran itu adalah bantalan pendingin dari chip set CPU dan VGA nya. Pantes laptopnya mati sendiri, karna panas yang ada di CPU tidak menyatu ke cooler fan nya.
Sempat bingung cari bantalan karet untuk menyatukan cooler
fan dengan chipsetnya karna jarak antara keduanya kira-kira 3 mm lah, klo pake
pasta pasti gak akan terhubung chipsetnya dengan fan cooler.
Nah akhirnya ane punya ide. Coba bongkar CPU bekas dan lihat
pendinginnya. Ternyata ada bantalan keretnya. Nah ane ambil itu aja buat
mengganjal chipset laptop AO725.
Ane coba gunting sesuai dengan besar chipsetnya, karna
karetnya terlalu tipis, ane lapis dua aja tuh karet, dan di beri pasta antara
dua karet tersebut.
Trus pasang lagi mobonya ke tempat semula, hal hasil laptop
kembali normal..
